I would like to make photo books for the grandparents for Christmas this year and wanted to see which ones MMM recommended. Some places like Shutterfly give out codes often, correct?
Snapfish often does buy one, get two free deals. I'm currently waiting for one to pop up myself. I have albums that I premade so I'm ready for the next sale. They usually still get you on the shipping ($20) but I find this deal to be worth it.
If you want quality at a reasonable price, check out Blurb. Their software is easy to use and you get great quality for just a bit more than Shutterfly/Snapfish. I just ordered a 60 page book with extras (image wrap cover, high quality paper) for $45 after a 20% off BF code.
I've used most of the sites, but Blurb is who I've used for my last ~7-8 books.

Following up on this suggestion, I did my wedding photobook using Blurb. My one criticism is that the image wrap cover seemed like it was pulled too tightly, and the cover curves from the corners inward if I don't keep it on a bookshelf pressed between two books. Using it as a coffee table book is no bueno. Other than that I was really impressed with it. The software was easy to use and the high quality paper was really nice.
