Hello ladies, hoping you all can give me some ideas. I'm getting married next month and I'm at a loss on what to get my FI. I know he would love a Rolex but my wallet would not.
What did you get your hubby for your wedding? Looking for any and all suggestions. TIA!
I don't know if mine will help but I got him a brick at the new Cowboys stadium with the promise that one day we'll go out to a game there and see it. They did send us a replica one with a nice case.
My backup option was going to be tickets to a Cowboys/Redskins game since we cheer for opposing teams.

I got mine a watch too. He hadn't had one for years & was really wanting it. I honestly think us girls overthink this a lot. Unless you have a very sentimental guy, most don't put the same value on gifts & don't realize how much time/effort we put into picking out something great. I'm sure he'll like anything you get him.
I did somewhat a bunch of little stuff and the big item which wasn't super romantic, but he needed, was a new ipod.
They all had a note attached: Sock....for your (possibly) cold feet Whiskey flask...for your nerves Breath mints...for our first kiss Newlywed underwear...for the honeymoon Ipod (get ready for some extra cheese...)...for the song of our life together Framed e-pic....for ever
I gave him a painting that I had commissioned of his family barn that burned down about five years before our wedding. It sounds kind of stupid when I type it out now, but he was very sentimental about that barn and had a lot of fond memories playing in it as a kid.
We'd picked out in the drawer valets for our groomsmen and he commented on how much he'd like one to put his stuff in. Figured he could use something larger and got him that instead (which we both use daily). Would link you the valets too, but they don't seem to have them anymore. They were PB too, but leather.

I got DH a Raymond Weil watch. His wedding ring was cheap and he really liked it when we were shopping for wedding rings. So I bought it for him. He is a bit of a watch whore, so he loved it.
It is similar to this one but with a solid black face
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion." - Unknown

I love this, so thoughtful and sweet. I love sentimental gifts.

I did a mixed media collage for him of tickets, programs, menus, and other things from the places we went the year before we got married. I had it framed and it's in our living room.
I bought my H an engagement watch. I figured that if I got a ring, it was only fair if he got some bling too. It took me three weeks to pick out and even then I had to have it special ordered. His jaw dropped when he opened the box. It was one of the most amazing moments.
He wears it every day and it continues to be something he loves and gets complimented on regularly.
