I would weigh so much if I got to sit next to you.
One of my students gave me some pumpkin butter she got from the Amish and I was like, oh that is wonderful thank you!!! My coworker has it now. Pumpkin butter.
I adore you, but I wouldn't even try to cook anything for you. You get a small knit toy as proof of my love. gpw gets chocolate pear sauce.

This is me. I love gingerbread but this looks too hard.
I was thinking that at first too, when I thought you had to do each cookie individually, but since it's the whole mass of dough at once and then just cut-outs...I don't know. I might try it. I wonder if it would work with other doughs; I think I had gingerbread cookies in my treat packages last year and I want to mix it up.
TBH, I don't care for gingerbread, either. I love gingersnaps, but not gingerbread.
I love hot gingerbread fresh out of the oven and topped with whipped cream. I don't like gingersnap cookies because they are hard and dry and taste hot
I get triple gingersnaps from TJs....and drop them in milk and fish 'em out with a spoon. Solves the hard problem. Can't leave them in for more than a few seconds, though, or then they're mush.

They should make that into a cereal idea - super spicy gingersnap cereal. Mmmmm
