We have $7k in medical bills, my husband may want a divorce, his car repair is looking at $2100, my daugher refuses to nap and I keep getting rejected from veterinary schools so now I don't know what to do with my life.
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Everything seems worse when the kid won't nap! I've heard that getting into vet school is harder than getting into med school.

I feel like I just walked off of a cliff. I know it's all FWP. Except the divorce thing. He needs to make up his mind... there's a lot more to it than this, but some of you all have like CRAZY long term memory, and I don't want to be "Oh, green crayon... the one with the husband that _____" you know?
I need to update my CV and look for postdoc positions. Any scientists have insight here? I need to talk to my PI but he's dealing with his own shit.
We have the money for the medical bills, but not for them and a new car. The KBB value of DH's car is like $8500, and the repair may cost $2100... is that even worth it?
Can anyone help with nap routines? She does the eye swipe, and i bring her into her room. Most of the time I give her a bottle. Put her in PJs or just put a Halo on her, and lay her down with her pacifier.... CRY CRY CRY. She stands in her crib, bites it and cries. We're trying ferber, but it says to stop after 30 minutes. Are we just supposed to not have her nap all day? If I rock her to sleep she can fall asleep in minutes. But if I try to put her in her crib, she wakes up, same routine. And I cannot hold her in my arms for an hour. My grandmother does that when she watches her, and it's infuriating.
