We mix it up. Sometimes it's plain Greek, other times he's really enjoyed Yo Baby pouches. Lately we've been doing Yo Baby single serve cups and Noosa.
Not not really concerned about focusing on low sugar. He's not eating cookies all day long and consumes a fairly well balanced diet.
She happily ate any full fat yogurt - plain regular or Greek is reasonably easy to find in the big tubs. Eventually I just stirred in some berries.
I did this. Plain Greek in the little containers is easy to find here so I buy that a lot.
I also buy the Mueller ones with the yogurt on one side and the fruit on the other and stir it together as I see fit. Not super low sugar but not super bad. I don't feed those everyday but they work for out and about or my teen babysitter who is sometimes a bit nervous about feeding the baby.
As they get older I care less and less. H loves the regular Yoplait so we always have some. I let DS have a bit now (10 months) and DD can have it whenever. Some flavors are a lot lower in sugar than others so I just grab those. They also have no artificial sugar in them now so that's good news.
This morning, DD had a coconut Chobani, blueberries, and then I heard rustling coming from the other room. She also had a candy cane she found in my purse (freebie from the bank last week).

My standards aren't high.
LOL. RUbes is washing down her raspberries and orange juice with a breadstick from last night's pizza party. She's on a rampage about something I haven't figured out yet and I haven't had enough coffee to care.
Yogurt is hard though. The sugar varies so much between flavors in the same brand. And what you think would be best sometimes really isn't. Then there's the whole natural sugar from dairy vs. added sugar and that doesn't come out in the labeling so it's hard to know. I just give up. Support your dairy farmers and have some yogurt...ha.
So delicious brand unsweetened vanilla coconut milk yogurt. They have mspi and J has an actual severe dairy allergy so I just feed them all the same thing.
Stonyfield full fat organic yogurt. It's what we all eat.
Ditto. This is what we all eat. I've actually compared the fat content and this one is fattier than some Greek yogurt brands. DD is growing, I'm nursing and DH runs marathons. We pile on the healthy fat however we can!
Brown cow full fat plain yogurt. 6g sugar, none of which is added.
I buy a huge tub and then mix in either seasonal fresh fruit or frozen berries, plus a little cinnamon. DD loves it and has it every day as part of her breakfast.
It makes no sense to me why I would give her something like Yoplait with 26g sugar when she's thrilled with her healthier version.
