Christmas gift for dog walker?

any suggestions?  last year we gave her some extra cash, but was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for something else.  she's been going through a lot recently in her personal life, so I wanted to try to do something a little special.

We got our dog walker a subscription for a beer of the month club and then got his dogs some fancy treats.
