If you knew you had to wake your kid up in 30 minutes, do you think it is worth it to encourage them to nap for just that long? There is no later option. Dd is 26 mos.
I take any sleep I can get. 30 min is not ideal, but I've certainly been in your situation before. It's when I wish we had great retired neighbors I could call to sit in my house for 15 minutes while I run the quick errand!
In this situation can you leave for K pickup like an hour and a half early, drive around until she falls asleep & then pull through Starbucks, grab a drink & park & gbcn until you have to do pick up? If it takes her a littke to fall asleep in the car you can still get like an hour nap in that way?
Otherwise can you pay a teenager / Other Mom to do pickup for you? Like 5 bucks a trip or something?

I might try this next time. She woke up after 30 minutes and in going to the gym now, so good luck to my H lol.
