how would you present/serve this?

For a work potluck I'm making chocolate peanut butter balls. I was considering putting them out in a bowl, but do I then put tongs alongside it? Do I put them on a plate? Usually I make them and its family and friends and less about people touching them, but I feel like for a potluck I need a game plan.  Anyone have any ideas?

What about in mini cupcake liners? Like fine chocolates come in?

This is how I serve them at our Christmas party.  That way people don't get chocolate on their hands or my upholstery.
