I asked you to bring in a picture of your prom or as a baby or whatever? I gave you a couple of days so everyone would have time to riffle through their albums and get the picture so all (who wanted) could participate? Ring a bell?
Anyway- NEW HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT
I want you all to bring in a picture of your most obscure Christmas/Hanukkah/Winter decoration. If you don't have any of these, any obscure home decor will do. But for the sake of this post I'm using Christmas.
What is the weirdest Christmas decoration you have? Does it jingle, does it talk? Is it a Santa on a walk? It is green is it blue? Is it only funny to you? Doesn't matter! I want to see them all!
And here is a picture to hold you over of something I do not have (YET!) But would like. (Although I have this weird thing about fabrics being close to a toilet)
So come back tomorrow or whenever and reply to this post. Or, if you have happen to have it now, post now.
I don't have nearly as much weird holiday shit as I'd expect given my penchant for tacky and ridiculous housewares. I may have to go with some non-holiday stuff.

I'll take a look but I'm thinking it's probably some of the decorations I inherited when my grandma passed away. I remember a cousin of mine saying she didn't want to take any of that "crap" but many of the Christmas decorations were items I remember seeing in her house when I was a little girl, so I took a lot of it for sentimental value. Some of them are kinda strange, though, that's for sure.
That toilet seat cover reminds me of what my grandmother had. When you lifted the seat up Santa is covering his eyes in embarrassment. I have no idea who got that lol

My mom had one and gave it to me, but I couldn't figure the damn thing out. Plus it was ripped. ANDPLUSALSO, I didn't want other people's potential pee drips on my new potential pee-drips. LOL

The first thing that came to mind for me was this Frog Dressed as a Queen doll thing.
I later realized that on a shelf in my sewing room I also have a Mary Katherine Gallagher figurine, a button woman with snaps for hands and a full articulated wooden cat.
It would suffice to say that I have a lot of random shit.
