It is 7 am. H is drinking coffee and watching ESPN. he needs to be out the door by 730 with DS. He's going to be pissed and yelling in a half hour because he won't be ready and somehow it will be my fault.
Are you married to my husband? He is the same damn way. Tuesday through Friday I'm at work before he and AJ get up for the day, and I can guarantee he finds ways to blame me for them running late most days...when I get home and see that the TV was on ESPN at some point that morning and signs that he had at least one cup of coffee before getting in the shower. Dude, don't even.
I think I'm finally done shopping for Christmas. Shopping for DD has been driving me crazy though, and I think I've bought too much, but the last thing I bought was important because she needs a ride-on toy (she loves them at other people's houses). The thing that's been bugging me though is the constant price-changing on almost everything I had in mind for her. One day the megabloks were $22, the next $36, then everything on her list got expensive, then out of stock, then after I'd picked out a cheaper alternative to something, the original was back cheaper again. Round and round and round. Phew.
I have to take C to the pedi for the fourth time in six weeks tomorrow morning. He's had the same cough since late October. It gets better for a few days, then comes raging back. Last time I took him in, they prescribed a fairly aggressive asthma/allergy protocol (Singulair, Zyrtec, Qvar, Xoponex) and we saw improvement for about a week, and now he's going downhill again. He was coughing so hard MOTN yesterday he woke himself up several times (and it was bad enough that I woke up, and I'm a heavy sleeper).
Apparently the next step is a chest x-ray, but we have to see the pedi before they'll order one, so yay.

My mom asked for ideas for gifts for the kids. I made an Amazon wish list with some specific items and some general suggestions. I also listed clothing sizes.
She has had me email her the link twice. Now she just texted me asking, "what size for DS again?" Come on, mom. I've tried to make this easy for you.
