Thoughts on the TF Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar palette

I am intrigued by the new TF Chocolate bar palette. I haven't seen it in person, but it looks pretty from what I have seen online. I am very fair with pink undertones, more on the cool side, blue eyes, light brown hair, so I'm not sure how this palette will work with my coloring. I am tempted, though. Have you tried it? Do you like it? How does it compare with the original?

Following!! Of course I want to buy this damn thing!! Damn you Too Faced! I love my regular Chocolate Bar!! happyhomemaker I have the same coloring as you except blonde hair!

I haven't tried it, but I would have preferred Semi-Sweet over the Chocolate Bar simply because SS is supposed to be warmer, and I adore warmer eye colors.  If you are cooler-toned, you might find the Chocolate Bar is a better fit for you, although that one can't be that cool because it works well on me.

One suggestion: if you are a patient person, you might want to wait and see if SS goes on sale on the Home Shopping Network in 2015. I got The Chocolate Bar from HSN for $30 (a 40% discount), plus they threw in a full-sized eye primer.  This sale popped up multiple times last Spring so they may do this again.  You can get the discount if you are a new HSN customer.

BTW, I was just reading about the dearth of cool-toned palettes. Apparently this is a thing because everyone is making warm-toned palettes.  I thought this was interesting.  I wonder if warm colors are more universally flattering than cool and that is why more palettes are warm.

For me, I'm not a fan. I have the original chocolate bar, which I love. The semi-sweet isn't doing it for me.
