I feel absolutely exhausted. Even if I sleep enough, I always feel tired. I'm napping almost every day when DS naps.
I suspect it's probably because I haven't been eating as well as I should or exercising as much as I should, but I can't get motivated enough, even thinking long-term, to get my ass in gear.

Have you had your iron checked? When I felt really run down like that, they ran blood work, and it turned out I was pretty anemic. Increasing iron in my diet and taking supplements helped a lot.
Or, if it's an ass kicking you're looking for: "GET UP, WOMAN!!!! GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM!!! GO GO GO GO GO GO!!!"
I just went to the dr this week for the same thing and my blood work showed a vit D deficiency.. So you never know. I have to take a rx vitamin until it gets higher. Hope you get to the bottom of it soon and start feeling better
I have a physical scheduled for the first week of January, so they'll check those things then, I guess. I'm borderline anemic (usually only when I get my period) and take supplements for it. This is part of the reason my OB switched me to Seasonale (sp?) BCP - 9 less period weeks a year, less bleeding, etc.
My mom is hypothyroid and takes synthroid, so I've been tested for that before, just not recently.
