Long shot: duck fat recipes?

We have duck fat from Thanksgiving, and I'm not sure what to do with it.  Anyone have a good recipe?

Is there a lot of it? You can confit chicken wings. If it is just a little, you can put it in a biscuit dough and make pot pies or baste any meat with it.

There is a spaghetti jar of it, so not enough to make French fries, but definitely enough for biscuits.

Roast potyatoes and other vegetables in in. Delicious.

Roasted potatoes are supposed to be wonderful. If you have enough, french fries in duck fat are supposed to be the bomb. I've never tried them though.

You can make a savory biscuit with the fat and some sage or rosemary. Then top with parmesan. I am making me hungry. Now I need to buy a duck.
