i'm binge watching ridiculous hgtv-esque shows on netflix. currently, Buying and Selling with the Property Brothers. i shouldn't be surprised at any ridiculousness because it's all played up for television, but the entitlement in some people, omg.
eta: also, beer and chips! and h might get off work early tonight so he could be home at 8:30 instead of midnight! fingers crossed.
We were out with unmarried childless couples and it was fabulous. But of course we had to leave because H has to work in the morning. I am not happy because I was enjoying myself
How do you ... uh ... I don't get the crib cuddling. Like our crib is only rated for up to 100 lbs or something.
My dad bought ours from a friend who custom built it from solid oak or something. It is very strong.
More flammable but she likes to give me one of her pacifiers in there, lol.
I have gotten in my kids crib once, I was desperate for sleep, and he would only sleep on me, it was the only way to slowly roll him off me and slip away. I figured that if I broke it we would both sleep on the floor! I'm only 108lbs, c was 20ish T the time, I figured it was a calculated risk!
LOLOL at the thought of me getting in the crib. Where's that "nope" octopus gif?
We did C's first nebulizer treatment tonight and afterwards I was like OMG his cheeks are all pink. I was freaked he was having a reaction to the meds and then I realized he probably just has color in his face from being able to breathe again for the first time in weeks.

Um you guys, DD is still asleep! 15 hours now. H is going to shower and then wake her up. I wish we could let her sleep but we need her to get adjusted to the time change.
@starry, I climbed into the crib with DS1 when I was pregnant with DS2 from about 6-8 months because he wanted to read at ebedtime and couldn't sit on my lap. I really enjoyed it and miss it but I'm glad the crib didn't break!
I hate when Netflix asks me if I'm still watching a show and I have to press yes to continue.
Of course I'm still watching! STOP JUDGING ME!
When Netflix does this while DS is watching Curious George, DS acts like THE WORLD IS ENDING. He yells "OH NO!!!! Help mommy, HELP! Curious George IN TROUBLE!"
I had an awesome day, and all I want to do now is drink wine and watch love actually. (DH is at work). Sadly, DD keeps faking the need for a trip to the potty, and is STILL AWAKE.
Also, DH keeps forwarding me texts and pics from his sister who bought a giant washer and dryer set for DD for Christmas, and he doesn't get why I'm cranky about it. Would she have appreciated such a gift for her boys?? I doubt it! Then why is it ok for dd? Because it's a "girl" toy? Ugh. And stereotypes aside, I think it's obnoxious to buy something that damn big for someone, unless they request it. DD will probably enjoy it, and at least it's not pink, but I'm upset about it.
If it makes you feel better DD had asked for a w/d for forever. I didn't want to spend the money/didn't know how she'd love it long term. One afternoon her and I whipped one up Pinterest style with some cardboard boxes, sticky labels and leftover contact paper. She loves them. She also uses the dryer has a garage/car wash for her cars, she uses the wash machine has a dishwasher for her play kitchen and has a secret hiding spot to keep her prized stuff away from her brother.
My 2 nephews who are also a bit older than her love them too.
I'd just let her have fun with them and try not to worry about it even though the space thing sucks.

Was the nebulizer albuterol? If so, just so you don't worry next time, red cheeks are a normal side effect.
lolo, when are you guys coming to town again? The Dublin WF is less than 10 mins from my house, if you wanted to take J me and the wee dude could totally meet you guys there!
