PIP: Should I keep or return this dress?

Just got my shipments in from ON/Gap/BR when they had their 30% off sale. I love the fit/flare red dress from ON, and the quality is surprisingly good.

I love the flare, but I think the waistline is alittle too high. Should I keep or return?

I think that dress would be really cute with a blazer and patent heels, or cardi, skinny belt - I say keep!

By itself the waist does look a little high but I think pp's suggestions are great.

I see what you mean. From the side I think it's smashing and it's cute from the front, but it is a tad bit high.

Like pp said; how would it look with a belt? If it's something for work; you could probably pull off with a cardi or blazer.

I really like the fit in that it feels great. Why couldn't the waist be lower? WTH. I've ever had this problem before. And it's definitely a regular (and not petite)

I really like it! I wanted to order it, but never did. I wonder if they have it in store now.

Adlove- the fit is so comfy. I feel like ON is so hit or miss, and I was pretty impressed with the quality of the dress. Not even see through either!
