We're going to start a new tradition of making fresh pasta(s) on Christmas. I think I want to do ravioli this year. I've only made 4 cheese with marinara before.
What are some of your favorite ravioli filings and accompanying sauces?
I don't make it from scratch but of the ones I've had: butternut squash and walnut in a sage browned butter (or put the walnuts in the butter) goat cheese and sundried tomato - pesto or browned butter
