We just got an 8lb Honeybaked ham from a relative. We'll of course bake it, but then we will have tons of leftovers. I do have a foodsaver, so that helps. But I'm going to need some variety here.. Got anything good?
I always double it, use sharp cheddar, and add .5t ground mustard.
Whem i make a ham I bag up my leftover ham into 4oz bags and freeze it until needed. Sometimes I'll bag up leftover cut biscuits and cheese and freeze that (separately, but I guess you could do it all together, too), too. Then I have a nice dinner kit ready to go.
