G has been killing me the past 3-4 weeks. He goes down drowsy but awake around 7/7:30 and puts himself to sleep consistently.
I'll sometimes Dream feed around 10/10:30, but sometimes not. Neither has consistently been helpful in getting more sleep. He's usually up 3 to 4 times a night, with the first wake up around 1am. He'll nurse and usually go back to sleep quickly, but sometimes takes a little longer. We Usually end up resorting to the rnp around 3 or 4am. He seems to sleep better in there, despite sttn about 50% (or one wakeup the Other 50% of the time) up until recently in his crib.
He started solids about 2 weeks ago and his two bottom teeth popped through about a week ago.
All this motn eating is maybe creating an oversupply for me? On nights where he gives me a longer stretch (ie 3 hours) I wake up engorged. :/ how do I deal with this?
And is this a sleep regression? I desperately need more sleep.
We are going through the same thing over here, it sucks. From what I've been reading it seems like we have to just tough it out?? Big hug for you. Can you share a wake up with h and have him give a bottle? That has been nice here but only and I repeat ONLY if it's worked out in advance lol.

Lol! Yes, but with my supply right now I think I'd need to get up and pump anyways so it's quicker to just nurse. :/ And dealing with this stupid mastitis has me terrified to go too long without pumping or nursing.
Hugs to you too - I thought I was in the clear after we missed the 4mw. Karma is lol'ing at me right now, clearly.
We had a sleep regression at 6months as well. Sadly it didnt get any better until we sleep trained.
Ugh. When did you st? What did you do?
I dealt with the wake ups until almost 9 months old. At that point i was at my breaking point. Every night he was winding up in rnp or our bed around 2/3am. I wish i would have sleep traines sooner.
I just decides one night i would let him cry it out. He cried for about 30min on/off then went back to sleep. We still have nights even now when he wakes up crying. I have a bad sleeper :-(
Mine had rough sleep from 23-26w (maybe a wonder week thing). I started following the troublesome tots advice to gradually night wean for pre-3am wake-ups. I started with 10 min a side (she's a slow eater) and by the time we got down to 6 min a side she stopped waking up. She pretty consistently sleeps 7:30pm-5 or 5:30am, eats and goes back to sleep for another few hours. Which is fine with me!
Of course, right now she has a cold, so all bets are off...
6 months was way worse for us than 4 months was. I kept blaming it on other things, she was sick, had constipation issues, started crawling, teeth, etc. but her sleep never got better or went back to "normal". We ended up ST using Ferber and she is back to STTN again.
