Resolution time!
So, do you make them? If so, what are they? If not, why not?
My resolutions are:
To stick to my training plan for half marathons and tris. Specifically, I hate practicing swimming but I NEED to do it. I know if I stick to my plans, I will have a better race season.
Stick with eating healthy. Again, this will help me in race season.
Cook more random things. I get in to cooking ruts where I make the same dishes over and over. If I meal plan, I'm MUCH better about trying new recipes.
Be better about saving money. I don't watch my finances as closely which I don't like.
I feel like my 2014 resolution was to not die at the Tough Mudder...which I managed to avoid. My 2015 will be the same plus conquer the stupid wall that freaked me out last time.
I don't really do resolutions per se. I more like to think about my year and try to avoid those things that were negative and keep doing those things that were positive.

I think I resolved to lose weight last year. I did (yay!). I still want to lose another 1/2 in or so off my waist, but my main goal is to keep the weight off.
I also need to add a stretching routine for nights when I don't have dance. Need to get better about stretching to get my splits.
I prefer goals rather than some conceptual "resolution". Since M and I are trekking the Inca Trail at the end of summer, my goals are to be fit enough that I am not the dumb tourist who gets air-lifted off the Andes when they can't make it. So "be strong enough to make it" sticks better for me than "lose 10 lbs", although I'm hoping 15lbs or so manages to disappear along the way
So I'll be focusing on working out (so many stairs and lunges to do) and eating healthier.
This is me too. My main goals are to run 2 half marathons and complete at least one tri. I'm hoping to drop 15 pounds in the process.

I spent a good chunk of 2014 still working through a lot of unpleasant feelings and emotions. I still have a lot of work to do, but this year I'm going to focus more on the happy feelings and creating more happy memories to replace the unfortunate ones.
