Daycare started moving him to one nap per day at like 10.5 months, but he would still nap 2x/day at home, and usually fall asleep on the car ride home.
#1 - 7-8 months (she was never a big sleeper, Still isn't) #2 - right before she turned 12 months #3 - right around when he turned 12 months give or take a few weeks
DS1 - 14 or 15 months DS2 - 12 months (for the record I forced this and he wasn't really ready, but it was too hard to coordinate naps with him and DS1) DS3 - He's almost 17 months and just starting to end the "2 nap" stage, though we still do 2 naps 5 or 6 days a week.

On his own at home right at 12 months. He would nap for about 45 minutes in the morning, then be a huge crab. We'd try to put him down for his afternoon nap and he would fight it badly. Some days he'd fall asleep for up to an hour, sometime he would just cry in his crib. It took about a month to fully transition, but now he naps from 12-2 or 3.

At daycare, around 11 months. At home, she just started consistently going down for one nap and I think she's done with the transition now. She'll be 15 months next week.
They stopped sleeping for both. . They stopped going down easily in the morning and hen if they did actually nap in the morning they wouldn't fall asleep in he afternoon. But if they just had a single nap they slept just fine and went down a lot easier.

DS dropped to one nap at daycare around 13 months, at home around 18 months
DD is trying to go to one nap at daycare so she's getting really cranky in the evenings since she can't last. My DCP is trying to keep her at two for awhile longer since she does need it.
Just recently. Maybe 14-15 months. It was kind of a gradual transition - at 13-14 months, there were days when he wouldn't go down for his second nap, usually on days when his first nap got bumped a bit later for some reason. Even now he still occasionally will need a late afternoon nap, especially if his midday nap gets cut short by barking dogs or ornery teeth (also canines, there's a theme here).
His rough schedule, if left to his own devices, is: 8am wake up 12pm nap 8pm bed

He is in the process if it right now. Yesterday one long midday nap. Today two normal, shorter naps. Been like this for about a week. He will definite ly be town to one when he moves to toddler room at 12 months.
He wakes around 6:15/6:30 (on a decent day) and typically is down for nap between 12 and 12:30 and gets up at 3. He's in bed by 7:30 but often talks to himself/stares into the distance until closer to 8 (unless we're really tuckered him).
Cutting the nap shorter had no affect on his sleep/wake-up time in the morning, so I'm keeping it as is. It seems he likes the 30 mins or so at night to unwind by himself in his crib.
Daycare beat him into it at 12 months. He took to it well, been on one nap at home every since as well. Should try that method with a number of things...
