I'm trying to do more of a "real food" focus plus portion control. We don't eat terribly, but I do eat too much in general and we could cut out the overly engineered foods.

We are planning to loose follow the plan laid out in the book Eat to Live (https://www.drfuhrman.com/weightloss/about.aspx). The biggest thing we are shooting for is to start each meal with raw veggies
After looking at my calendar I'm going to have to sit this one out, but I'd join in for the next one. I travel every weekend in January, that's probably not the time to really focus on dieting.
I'm in! Signing up now. I really need to do SOMETHING and while I'm skeptical that I can lose 4% in 4 weeks, I guess I'm going to try!
I think I'm also going to sign up for a transformer. 10% in 6 months is totally doable (and I hope to surpass that, actually) and the huge pot is really tempting
Ugh, I am in bad shape. I did a 6-month diet bet last year, starting in February, and won. But I'm back up to where I started, because I've been eating like crazy and am barely moving my body at all, let alone going to the gym.
I'm considering the Transformer that pamela posted, because 4% in a month was a little too much for me. I did ok on the longer term one though.
I joined this and the transformer. Trying to remember, can you take a photo in front of a full length mirror? I'm over trying to get DS to take a picture that isn't blurry. He was also not a fan. I need to swing by IKEA and get a cheap mirror.
I started whole 30 yesterday. I have a ton of weight to lose.
Another lurker that joined in. I missed winning the last one I did by 1/2 a pound. I've also managed to gain back about 30 pounds that I lost 18 months ago so I really need to do this. Good luck everyone!
