I looked at it earlier, and I can't tell what's going on. US Magazine said she "dyed her eyebrows", but it isn't the color of her brows that stands out to me here...

I am hoping so. I know Kim has a darker complexion due to being Armenian (and tanning, probably more tanning than anything) but I didn't know what she was going for with this.

I think the exposure was done purposely to make her look darker complected. Far, far darker complected.
