What's everyone up to this week? What are you looking forward to? What are you not looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to:
1. C's appointment on Weds. I'm hoping his pediatrician has some answers to his excessive fussiness so we can find a way to help the poor little man out.
2. Getting out for walks with C! I tried the stroller yesterday and he literally hates it (seriously, if I had not carried him for 9 months I would be questioning if he's my kid- how can he not like the jogging stroller!?!?)...but, thanks to melsamoony, I gave the baby wear contraption another try and we got out for a nice 2 mile walk before sunset last night! I'm going to make this happen every day the weather is nice!
3. Seeing my mom three days this week, my stepmom on Tues, and my BFF and her DD on Thurs!
4. Surviving this week
5. Depending on how confident we are with C and the baby wear we might try to make it to church next Sat or Sun. We haven't been the last 3 weeks and I would love to be able to get back into the routine of going.
6. Getting some form of a routine somewhat established this week.
Thanks MrsMB! Praying your DH gets into the urologist soon and he/she can provide a path that leads to a quick BFP! Glad to hear that you guys are moving forward. Oh, and I'm with you...a nap sounds wonderful- it's actually on my To-Do list for today so really hoping that C cooperates and we can make it happen (I tried twice yesterday but he woke up both times within 10 minutes or so)!
It's going to be an uneventful week here. Basically the only thing we have going on is a basketball game tomorrow night, our team is playing well and it's the first conference home game so should be exciting.
Not looking forward to my hysteroscopy on Thurs. I don't even care about the procedure itself, I'm just not looking forward to the scar tissue having to be removed if that's the decision.
I'm looking forward to hearing our insurance benefits from the nurse later today. Lame, I know, but supposedly its covering some fertility stuff so I want to know what, exactly. I need to order more meds. I have enough to get through this week but that's it. Starting injects for IVF tonight!
Looking forward to: Life getting back into a normal routine. Getting my reverse osmosis system put in today so we are able to drink the water in our house and not drive to my IL's to fill up gallon jugs.
Not looking forward to: This being H's last week off school. The madness begins again next Monday. The cold weather this week and the winter storm that is supposed to be here tonight.
HoneySpider- praying the procedure goes well on thurs!
ginkgoleaf- I am using the baby ktan for now. I hav an ergobaby as well but need to buy the infant insert since C is still so small. Good luck! So excited for you and hope that IVF works this cycle!
Looking Forward: - Seeing the Hobbit this evening (Finally) - Getting the Christmas stuff down. Today. - Continuing to organize more. - Getting Motivational Bulletin Board done and hung up. Today. - Nothing truly planned this week, which we are both excited for.
Not looking Forward: - Temps dropping SUPER low this week It's freezing out. Blech. - Purchasing H's school books.
Looking forward to (sorry, all @ related today, lol): -@ appointment today. Hoping to see if she has a solution for my terrible hip/back pain. -@ newborn care class tomorrow (I forgot until now!) -@ family baby shower on Sat
Not looking forward to: -below zero temps and possibly some snow. Blah. Is it summer yet?
H and I started dating exclusively seven years ago this weekend. We don't do anything special to celebrate but I'm cheesy and nostalgic so I'm excited.
1. Chiropractor appt today, that was nice. 2. @ appt tomorrow. Not looking forward to getting checked, but looking forward to the ultrasound! Haven't had one since a/s 3. Grandma's birthday is Wednesday. We are doing a family dinner out tomorrow (much warmer tomorrow). 4. Organizing/Unpacking 5. The weekend. Already not loving having DH back at work.

Do you like the ktan? I had a moby for the tiny baby stage but only used it once or twice. It was complicated and by the time DS was in there, he was hysterical. We used an Ergo after that and liked it until he outgrew it. You don't need an insert for it, you can froggy their legs and use a blanket under their bottom to boost them up. We still occasionally wear him even though he's older now. We have a toddler Tula we adore... I'll shut up now.

Thanks for the good wishes!
Thank you for the advice! I am liking the ktan for now (so far C's liked it 3 out of the 4 times I tried it!)...it works great since he's so small. I'm not exactly sure how it will work once he grows a little though (I guess I need to do some research of different ways to use it...my friend gave it to me since she's done with the baby stage and never really even used it). I will definitely need to try the ergo...thanks for the suggestion!
