I see it, but I'm on the web. I'm guessing mobile has an issue with it?
It is definitely an interesting point of view. I know I lost a lot of weight a couple years ago without dieting or going super hardcore into anything. I simply changed some of our staples (wheat/whole grain bread instead of white, brown rice instead of white, sneaking veggies into things, just generally switching things out for healthier options) and I tried to be a little more active by taking walks. I did a little of the 30 Day Shred and some other workouts, but not too much. I still ate fast food and candy, I just tried to eat less of it and make healthier choices. I also tracked my food so I was more aware of what and how much I was eating. I went over my calories a lot, but at least I was aware so I could try to avoid it. I lost 30 pounds this way. I definitely think there are too many people that think there is some magic diet/pill/workout plan/etc that will work when really it's just paying more attention to what you're eating and doing. I hope I can lose weight again doing the same thing in a few months!

That's amazing to lose 30 lbs through those reasonable changes! I am hoping that having a better attitude, and losing the "all or nothing" mentality- the "oh crap,I ate something bad, screw it, I'm done" attitude will help me.
mac08 I really believe in "you can always do better tomorrow". One bad day won't completely break you just like one good day won't make a huge difference. If you try to have more good days than bad, it will eventually pay off. And I did lose quite a bit, but it was veeery slowly, haha. After the wedding though I started slacking more and by the time I got pregnant I had gained about 20 back. So I'm hoping that I can get myself back on track so I can get back down to that weight!
