Can a 7 month old have night terrors?  H has woken us up screaming 3 times in two weeks.  Only I don't think he's actually awake.  His eyes are closed and he's totally unresponsive.  Except he screams and cries for about an eternity (aka 3 maybe 5 minutes) and then is back asleep.

I think it's unusual at that age. E woke up screaming a few times around that age and I was unsure if he was having nightmares or night terrors, but quickly realized it was teething and he just needed some Tylenol. He has more recently had night terrors and it was totally different and creepy and definitely a night terror, which only stopped when he finally woke up and then went back to sleep. The main differences were he was totally limp (but also jerking and kicking) during the night terror, his eyes were open, but not "there," and nothing I did or said could console him, and it was just "creepy."
