We're just holed up inside today. My H has to go OOT next week, so we're getting some quality time. We're about to have dinner - roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Later I plan to watch more Vampire Diaries. I love free movies and shows from the library!

We went out early today to Sam's Club and did a huge shopping to stock up and get stuff for freezer meals before baby. Then we made a quick stop to make a return and got lunch, came home and unloaded the car, and took naps! Lol. I did sleep like crap last night though, so I really needed it.
We just undecorated our Christmas tree and got everything from that put away and did a load of laundry. I still have a bunch more to do around the house, so I'm sending H out now to get takeout for dinner.
Not so terribly exciting of a day, but productive.
I worked all morning/early afternoon. For the rest of the day I've just been hanging around the house. Currently re-purposing an old box to make into my card holding box while watching the movie Burlesque. I have no desire to cook tonight so when H gets home we will both fend for ourselves unless I get up the energy to make food haha!
christy082- I made about 10 freezer meals around 34 weeks. I'm so glad we did...we've used about 1/2 of them so far (C will be 3 weeks tomorrow). I made ones that I only had to prep (not cook), freeze, and then throw in the crockpot- they have been a huge lifesaver these first few weeks.
C is going through a growth spurt and is inconsolible today He's nursing nearly every hour and has pretty much been up since 1 am (outside of a few short naps that allowed me to eat breakfast, shower, and straighten my hair...all during separate naps). We were planning to go to church tonight but that seems impossible and not even worth trying. Oh well, maybe next week! I am enjoying C's extra cuddliness...those moments are so precious and make everything else seem so insignificant at the time.

Went to the gym and had a good workout and DH and I went downtown and did some shopping. He's cooking dinner and I'm grading right now and then we'll just chill and watch tv tonight. A good day so far
I went to a 5 year olds birthday party today. Everything went fine :-) DH, MIL and FIL got more work done around the house. In laws just left so I'm gonna pick up burgers and fries for dinner and relax with DH for awhile. Still might do some rearranging and whatnot tonight.

H and I have laid around all day. Watched tv shows on Netflix this morning. I have been reading while he has been packing and getting things ready to go back to class Monday.

We had my family shower today and it was amazing! I will have to AW some of the awesome gifts later when we're home We also just went to Ikea and got a dresser. We made it out of the store with just that and some organizer bins for the drawers. Yay!
We didn't do much today. Home all day. We have friends over right now and they won't leave. I hope they leave soon so I can put on my pjs and snuggle up to DH.
I left the house today! It's the first time I've gone anywhere besides the doctor's office since the baby was born. It was a quick trip, but nice to get dressed and to somewhere.
Otherwise it's been a very lazy day, which has been good.

We had a great day. Cleaned the house this morning, then picked up my new glasses, went to the library, and then out to lunch. When we got home, DS watched a movie and DH and I totally cleaned our butler's pantry, which is also our office and had a ton of papers that needed to be filed. It looks SO much better. Then I made a delicious soup for dinner (http://www.realsimple.com/m/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/roasted-sweet-potato-apple-soup) and DH and DS have been playing Mario Kart - well, really DS thinks he's playing but DH is, lol. He's much happier when he's winning. After DS goes to bed, DH and I will watch a couple more episodes of Orange is the New Black... we're so behind the times, but it's so good.
This kid is set on blankets. Plus I know another friend is making a quilt and I was crocheting one, haha. These were all made by my mom, sister, grandma, great aunt and someone at GMIL's apartment (the quilt, which has an eagle on it, something H's grandpa would have loved)
This one was hard to see until we laid it out. Recognize it?
The front of this says "judge me by my size do you?" I said last year I wanted this for a future kid so my sister got it when they went to Disneyland last week!
This is all of course among a ridiculous amount of clothes (mostly my mom and sister) and lots of other wonderful things. I have such amazing family members!
Dh wanted me to take the day off from chores to help the dogs get adjusted to each other. I have a hard time taking time to relax when I have a lot to do, but I made it work.
