Applicable facebook groups. Bulletin board at the library, panera, starbucks, etc. Reach out to groups that might be interested, maybe through Meetup. Craigslist post, although that might get skeezy people? Word of mouth. Info on your website.

I assume this is for your support groups? Have you considered bulletin boards at hospitals or OBs offices?Craigslist community page. Incentivizing locals to share on their FB (with swag or other low cost stuff. College campus bulletins.

In college, Facebook was the best way to get the word out, along with flyers. I assume this is for TTH.. and your H works at a college campus, right? Random thought, do they have a greek presence at all? IME, greek organizations are always looking for philanthropy and volunteer work. I wonder if a sorority might be interested or at least help get the word out! Sororities are great with stuff like that
ETA: Not sure if that suggestion even makes sense, I guess I'm not sure what the meeting is about! Haha

Yes, it is for TTH, we are just starting up our meetings and we don't have a presence here yet. Trying to hit as many avenues as possible so someone will show up
