She is doing well. Her treatments seem to be working with minimal (for cancer) side effects. We are counting down until May when she transitions to a long term treatment plan for the next two years.
spk926, did you used to post under a different SN? You remind me of another poster that I liked a lot and I was wondering if you are her, just posting under a new name.
On here, no. At the old place I was ejpumpkin but never posted on MM. I just stuck to the home & decorating board and ML. ETA: And pets, how could I forget the pets board?!!

I hear the bells a ringing. The bells are a ringing. I was trying to figure you out. So thanks for this.
I was actually thinking about this the other day -- rbp and @mrsspunky: how has parenthood affected your relationships with Biscuit and Chloe?
I still love Biscuit and give him (I think) a lot of attention. But he is jealous of M and spends a lot of time whining. It drives me absolutely nuts and we need to do something about it.
Luckily Biscuit is very gentle and sweet with M, and from what I can tell M is pretty obsessed with him. Today M was on his tummy on the floor, and Biscuit was sitting about a foot in front of him. M was grinning and flailing his limbs--it looked like he was trying to figure out how to crawl so he could pet Biscuit.

Chloe's first night with the baby was awesome. Chloe still sleeps in our bed. We keep the tv on all night though bc with any baby noise, she wakes us and tries to alert us that something is wrong with the baby (and there usually isn't). We got a fence about a month ago so Chloe gets a decent amount of exercise without us having to walk her as much. She still gets at least 2 walks a day though. As far as the day-to-day goes, they're fine. About a week ago, Chloe approached Annie, and as Annie loves to reach out and grab things, she swatted Chloe on the nose in an attempt to grab it and Chloe didn't even react, she just backed up and walked away. I sat there, with Annie on my lap, waiting for something bad to happen (because who likes being swatted in the nose, nevermind a dog that doesn't understand this new little creature) and I was pleasantly surprised. So all in all, everything is fine on the baby and dog fronts.
