I have a bunch pinned on Pinterest, I'll try to link some that I've tried later. One favorite was cilantro lime chicken for tacos! Yummy! Just checking in here because I need to make some of these soon!
One of the best gifts ever was a freezer cookbook from my MIL, and it came with five prepared meals! So nice. The cookbook is called freezer pleasers cookbook. We use it a lot. My favorite is chicken neapolitan.
I've been working on my list. I am pretty worn out after yesterday so looking up recipes are at least making me feel productive.
So far I'm thinking
Breakfasts: Baked Oatmeal (made a couple days ago) Banana Pecan Gluten Free Muffins (in freezer from last week) from Practical Paleo Cookbook Breakfast Bowls Morning Glory Muffins Breakfast Burritos (some like the recipe for me, some without the onions/peppers for DH) Protein Packed Bacon Omelet Bites (with no peppers for DH. He requested some omelet kind of thing)
Lunches: Meat and Cheese Burritos
Dinners:
I have breakfasts covered with that list. I have 3 roasts in the freezer so that will help with throwing something in the crock pot. DH will cook but it takes him longer to do anything in the kitchen. Still looking for more ideas for lunches/dinners.
estrellita tagging you since I'm linking up what I'm going to do awick14 DH is excellent at spaghetti sauce so anytime I don't want to cook I ask him to make me spaghetti.

I made a bunch of prep ahead slow cooker meals. Basically all I had to do was cut everything up, put it in a freezer bag, and not cook anything ahead of time. When it's time to cook, I take it out the day before to defrost and dump it in the slow cooker the next day. Dinner (and lunches) are done in 8 hrs or less. I have a word document if you want to PM me your email address. I'm really glad I did this...it was about 4 hours of prep but has really saved us these past few weeks. I will be doing it again once we are out of meals because it really saves a ton of time and thinking ahead.

I have a bunch of these kinds of recipes on one of my Pinterest boards:

Last weekend I did two batches of freezer meals: spinach lasagna rollups and manicotti. It made 10 meals. This week I made banana pancakes and had leftovers so I froze those for a meal. Tonight I'm doubling my enchilada recipe so I can freeze a batch of those (without sauce).
I've never really done freezer meals before, but I'm trying to stock up for post-baby. I'm kinda digging it though, so hopefully I can continue to do so after baby is here, too.
This weekend I plan to use ground turkey to make sloppy joes then will freeze it (will just defrost it and heat in slowcooker when ready to eat it) and taco meat (same thing). I'm also planning to do two chicken dishes for the slowcooker where you put all the ingredients in a bag, then defrost overnight and pop in the slowcooker to cook.
And, I'm planning on making a bunch of brown rice ahead of time and freezing that to go with some of these meals. Oh, and possibly quinoa fajita burritos.
I have high ambitions, but am hoping to have all this done by end of next weekend!
