How's it going?
My eating has been pretty crappy, but I was pleased to see that my weight didn't change much while in Vegas last week. My goal is four workouts this week and relaxation yoga on Friday.

Lost another .8 lbs so down 2.2 total. Slow, but steady. Yesterday I lost it with my eating, nothing terrible but overdid the calories but other than that I've been pretty good. Been consistent in getting to the gym, I am enjoying it. Feels good to be working out again.

Isn't it crazy how much the working out can hit your mood? When I fall out of my groove, it's so hard to get back into it. But when I'm in it, I feel so much better!
I've logged all of my food for the last 11 days, and I'm 3 for 3 for my workouts this week. I weigh in on Fridays, but as of last Friday, I'm down 5.5 pounds! I've been pleasantly surprised these past couple of weeks because I was worried that I was going to be hungry all of the time, but I really haven't been

Been to the gym twice this week, but I keep forgetting to weigh myself. Need to set an alarm to do it tomorrow morning.
Working on entering my food on MFP at night and on the weekends, I'm bad at that.
I'm the same way, if I wait too long to go to the gym I get stuck in a rut, but if I make myself go then I feel so much better after. I just wish I had a job that let me work off the energy I have from my morning work-out.
I'm trying to cut down on eating junk, but my H loves candy and so there's always candy around. I'm trying to stick to fruit and healthy snacks.
I didn't really exercise at all the past few months. I need to get back into doing yoga, walking, crunches, some light weights. I was much happier when I did all of that.
My water intake is awesome! I have been adding lemons, cucumbers and strawberries to it while I'm at work. Super tasty. Food doing really well on also. Cooking a lot of meals at home which is making me happy with saving money and health wise.

I had a higher blood sugar reading after lunch, but I think I wasn't paying close enough attention to the amount of carbs. Whoops! Then I said screw it and had some Oreos. Technically they fit into my carb limit for snacks, and she said not to look at the sugar so... it wasn't necessarily bad? Haha. Oh well. They were delicious!
Other than that, things have been going fairly well. Trying to motivate myself to walk more but it's hard when I've been so exhausted. Trying to decide if I should tonight (ok, I should, but I also just want to relax for one night this week!). But I still haven't gained any weight, so I feel like that's a good thing. Hopefully the doctor isn't concerned about that on Monday! We will see!
