I thought I would post a follow up since you guys were so helpful with M's birthday brunch menu. His party was last weekend & we had a blast.
(sorry for the weird formatting)

Cantaloupe 2lb 1.5lb
Fruit dip - 12oz 2 pkg 1.5 pkg
Yogurt parfaits 12 10
Cheese cubes (assorted) 3 pkg 2 pkg
Coffee 12 cups 10 cups
Apple juice 2 gallons 1 gallon
Orange juice 2 gallons 1 gallon
Chocolate milk 10 oz boxes 12 6
Water - 20 oz bottles 24 18
Birthday cake
We were expecting 29 guests but had some last minute cancellations - 14 adults & 7 kids attended.
The egg casseroles, muffins, strawberries & blueberries were all a huge hit. We had too much of pretty much everything else. I was really surprised that no one drank coffee. I'm not sure if I had too much food or if it was just because we had 7 fewer guests than expected.
Overall it went really well, thanks again everyone for the menu input

Oh, AmyRI you were right about the granola. I put it in a bowl because I didn't want it to get soggy in the parfaits. No one touched it, now I have a whole bag of granola to eat.
Thanks for the update! And sorry I was right about the granola, haha. Apparently we had more pineapple lovers than you did, but everything else seems about right. And we didn't have that many coffee drinkers, either!
Thanks for posting the follow up! This is the kind of information no one ever has when planning, haha.
I was thinking the same thing. It's nice to see what was eaten most and didn't go over as well or wasn't a favorite. I feEl like I am going to have so many leftovers after the girls party lol.

I knew the 3lb package of pineapple was too much when I bought it. But it was only $7 at Costco, already cut. 1 lb of pineapple pre-cut at my regular grocery store is $4 so I thought what the heck. We should have gotten the smaller package of cantaloupe too but DH did that grocery run & I didn't specify what size he should get.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the coffee, I didn't drink any either. I grabbed a latte at Panera early that morning when I picked up the scones.

What kind of party are you having?
It's a "tea for two" theme so we are having traditional tea items like scones, cookies, tea sandwhiches, tea, punch, etc But also lunch items so grilled chicken and steak tips, salad, pasta salad, fruit salad
