I'm doing well, considering the amount of temptation that is in front of me on a daily basis - pastries and desserts on buffet in work, dh offering me things all the time, work annual party.
I haven't had any pastries, desserts, sweets, soda, chips. I even turned down dessert at the party (3 course sit down dinner). I did have a glass of red wine, but turned down all other alcohol which was all free!!!
My "cheat" is that I don't count white bread as junk food ;-)
