Dr Hale's Mommy Meds app (which I recommend although I have issues with lag time with it while searching, so it's frustrating to search at times but has great info; I also recommend the LactMed database and app, but it's harder to use with just a brand name and not the actual ingredient list) says yes, it is probably safe, assuming it's the formula with just dextromethorphan, acetaminophen, and doxylamine in it. I didn't check the other formulas, so if yours has different ingredients, you might want to look it up.

I avoided both DayQuil and NyQuil, and I miss them so much after 3 colds in a month! Sudafed PE is okay, the kind without psudophedrine. Afrin something works for me, but be careful about using it too long. For a sore throat at the beginning, sometimes regular painkillers help!
And unfortunately any pills I took did seem to affect my milk supply. But it always comes back when I'm better.
A pain reliever helps with a sore throat. So Advil. I've used chloraseptic spray before and it's been fine. Afrin is the absolute best for congestion but only for 2-3 days max or you'll have bounce back congestion.
