It supposedly breaks down the proteins in the BM. But now people are starting to realize that it probably would take more force than shaking alone. No one really knows for sure!
I just write on clear tape with a sharpy everyday and removed and throw away at night. Daycare wants the day and time expressed which changes everyday.
C has badly cracked heels. She has sensitive skin and bad ezcema all of which the pedi said can be made worse with teething, but I can't figure out the heels! Lotion and Aquafor do nothing.
Have you tried coconut oil? DD sucks her thumb nonstop, and with the cold weather, her thumb is all dry and red. A little coconut oil works wonders!

Feeding Question: DD is 10.5 months old, and is in daycare from 7:30-4:30. I pack 3 bottles (12 ounces total) of BM, breakfast, and lunch. Should I also be packing a snack for her?
