I do.. I'm not a pro though I like air popped popcorn for a snack, and will often grab a tbsp or two of chocolate chips for a sweet snack. Oh- sometimes I'll mix chocolate chips in with fruit to spread out the chocolate too!
For meals I pretty much cook like normal... Lunch is usually a salad with cheese of some sort and maybe chickpeas for protein & to keep me full.
I am most successful when I take Sunday or Monday morning and input all of my meals for the week- then I have a gameplan and know what days I have a little wiggle room. I also the can save my weekly extra points for a meal out or if something comes up..

I just joined online last night and am planning on going to a meeting on Monday! I've done WW in the past and love skinnytaste.com. She also came out with a cookbook recently, which is awesome. My SS sent it to me and I love it. Something I did a few years ago when I did WW and plan on doing again was going through our pantry and writing the number of points of snacks that I usually eat. This was helpful to have it already calculated (although I imagine it's much easier to track with a smartphone which I didn't have 5 years ago) and to see if you can find an alternative with less points.
I did WW, I still kind of following it but have been slacking on tracking my points. I use a lot of skinny taste recipes. I also wrote the points on all the snacks in the pantry. It makes it easier to pick out something when I've feeling hungry. I also eat a lot of Greek yogurt with honey for breakfast and soup for lunch.
I'm not but I should be. I've done it in the past though. I like emilybites.com as another recipe source that includes points+ calculations and the recipes are really good!
Oh this is a good idea! We were going through the grocery store yesterday with the barcode scanner and it was really surprising to see point differences!
And total bummer, we could have gone together!
I would LOVE someone to go to meetings with. All of my friends are lucky and much thinner than me whose bodies went back to normal within a few months after birth... Happy for you that you're back "up north"...sounds like things are going well We totally could've gone together!
I'll have to check out the barcode scanner next week at the store - great idea.
