I did a 5 x100 with 5 minutes recovery in between each 100. time trial today. First, I swam PAIN free (not so pain free right now,). 2nd, this is like the 6th time I have swam since December 2013. My times were : 1:16 1:14 1:18 1:18
Yay for consistency and my arms felt like they were going to fall off. It was so much fun to be in the water today! I have to think what those times would look like if I actually swam 3-4 days a week! Lol!
