M - Garlic Chicken T - Cajun Shrimp W - Tacos TH- Not sure* Weekend - Out of town
*I bought salmon to have Thursday night. I ran to the grocery store this afternoon and we were going to a friend's house to watch the football game after. I was rushing when I got home and quickly put the meat away and left everything else on the counter. Turns out my salmon was in a bag with nuts and dry stuff. So it then sat out all afternoon. Grrr.

Chickpea pot pie Stromboli (turkey pepperoni, banana peppers, and cheese) Southwest quiche and hashbrowns Ordering pizza Takeout Egg "muffins" (eggs, turkey sausage, cheese baked in muffin tins) with biscuits Shredded BBQ chicken over baked potatoes

I've improved this week! We haven't decided what we're having each specific day, but we have the ingredients for meals for the week at least instead of just winging it! We bought a rotisserie chicken so that helps a lot! So here is our list of meals we will have at some point, haha:
-Chicken tacos -Pizza (we have some regular pizza, then also a breakfast pizza, so this is for a couple nights) -Chicken cordon bleu or chicken kiev (those frozen stuffed chicken breast things.. we have enough for a couple nights) with veggies -Grilled cheese with soup
For lunches, I'm going to make some chicken salad and make wraps a few days.
