Roller-skating at an indoor rink. We haven't done this since we were dating, but it was really fun then. Also museums, bowling, movies, playing the Wii at home. We have a ping pong table in the basement that we use a lot in the winter.
Sometimes we go to Whole Foods and browse the aisles for new foods to try. Not the most exciting thing, but I find it fun to do together.
ETA: When I was a kid, my parents used to take us to Barnes & Noble often in the winter and we'd spend the evening reading there. I miss that now because there are few bookstores around these days.
jjwritergirl Funny story along those lines....we tried something similar while we were on a cruise in 2011. We took an introductory Tango class. DH gave me specific instructions so we wouldn't give ourselves away. Apaprently there are some things that are muscle memory, so we weren't hiding as well as we thought we were. We had someone come tap us on the shoulder as we were leaving. I turn around and it's a very DASHING older gentleman. Very dashing! He said, "You guys must be dancers." He told us he was a big professional champion in Australia way back in the day. I believe it. He did a few steps with me and sort of took my breath away.
On another note, it was Halloween the day we took the class. They taught everyone the "Thriller" routine. DH and I killed it.
My first answer is an obvious for us, wine tasting lol. I would love to go bowling, batting cages or play laser tag. We also sometimes just walk around different stores and get lunch out.
We have lots of "stay at home" dates right now. We watch movies and I will make a nice dinner. I even light candles on the dining room table.

jjwritergirl named like 27 great ideas, so not sure I have much to add. We like to drive around looking at neighborhoods we can't afford, go to a wine bar and just relax and chit-chat with other folks (more so me than H, but he joins in eventually), work out, watch movies or netflix docs (nerd alert). I also like to drag H to Petsmart on Saturday's to get my doggie fix, but I think you've got that covered!
Sitting around our fire pit. We chat, drink, watch the pups play, make smores, and sometimes H smokes a cigar. We haven't used it this winter but hopefully soon!
