What do you do to take care of your skin on a regular basis? I have gotten so lazy lately, but am trying to be better.
Does anyone have any skincare products they recommend? Specifically along the lines of anti aging or preventative products. Now that I'm in my 30's I feel like I need to step it up a bit!
For awhile I was just using a makeup remover wipe at night and Clean and Clear advantage cleanser in the morning. Now (since beginning of January) I am trying to use my clarisonic at night, plus toner and moisturizer (Clinique) and then an eye cream. I have no idea if the eye cream is doing anything, I just bought it at random and can't rememaber what brand. I am also doing the Clinique 3-step in the morning.

I'm so bad about my skin, and it shows. I have lots of hyperpigmentation and dark circles under my eyes (worse with allergies or lack of sleep). I've been making an effort the last month or so to get better, but I still need to step up my game.
Right now I do coconut oil on my skin after my shower at night for dry skin and Burt's Bees lotion in the AM. I use Cetaphil skin cleanser and an Oil of Olay moisturizer with SPF for my face. I need to get better about extra sunscreen and something for fine lines.
I'm really slack on this, and it shows. I don't take good care of myself over all . My mom is always trying to get me to take better care of my skin, but I can't dredge up the motivation.

I'm glad I have so many freckles because they cover up any imperfections I probably have on my face, haha. I'm so bad about skin care. My typical routine is face wash when I shower (Neutrogena naturals), then a Neutrogena eye cream and SPF face lotion. I'm horrible at taking my makeup off at night too. I have some wipes and makeup remover that I try to use but at the end of the day, I usually just want to go pass out. Although I don't wear that much makeup anyways, usually just mascara and coverup, but still, I know it's not good to leave it!
As for the rest of my skin, I am so bad about lotion too. I've been putting the cocoa butter on my stomach (I don't know if it really works, but it smells so yummy!) but I usually don't put lotion on anywhere else like I should. Even my poor hands don't get as much lotion as they need!
I have horrible skin. I've had acne since I was a teen. Dark circles under my eyes came in my late twenties. Now, I have "that wrinkle" on my forehead.
So, I've started some things over the last year. I no longer sleep with my makeup on. I wash my face with pore cleansing face wash in am and pm. I use moisturizer in the am and pm. At night, I use eye cream and wrinkle cream for that...wrinkle
But don't hate me because I have amazing skin. Well at least I think I do.
Funny story: I candy stripped in grade 9, I was helping an elderly woman eat dinner when she turned to me and told me I had the nicest skin, if she could do her teens again she would want my skin. So I may have to watch out so I don't get skin suited by an elderly woman, lol.
MrsMB I have horrible dark circles I've yet to find something that sufficiently covers them! I have them even when I'm not tired at all. I've heard allergy pills can help sometimes, but they haven't for me!

I've been slacking off too. I use Noxema in the morning and at night and Aveeno Positively Radiant in the morning. I find if I put it on at night I break out. I don't liquid foundation, it feels too heavy and clogs my pores, so I use a loose powder foundation.
