Congratulations! Can you PIP? My sister and her H own a tiny house in a large city. It needed some work but they have made it an adorable, cozy home. She did things like painting the living room and bedroom ceilings a lighter color then the walls to open the room up. She also screened in her carport, installed a ceiling fan, added a great rug and some cute wicker furniture and made a kick ass sunroom.
I didn't comment but it is an adorable house. I hope you get it. I know there were a lot of people put off by the apartments next door but sometimes you have to let something go to get what you want. We lived in a very mixed-use area with homes and apartments interspersed and while it seemed unusual at first, I appreciated the diversity (and population) it afforded. Nobody was peering into anybody's windows and it wasn't like there was a view any different than the house I'm looking at outside my office in our house on the postage-stamp sized lot we now have in suburbia.

Oh my gosh, that's a cute house. I didn't see the carport pic yesterday; I think you can definitely do something to make that more yard-like (or at least patio-like) for 1 or 2 spaces' worth. I think it looks perfect for you; it looks pretty well maintained and not needing much inside work at all. I hope your offer is accepted, and that you are able to post a ton of Stinky in his new backyard photos soon! Good luck!
