I am looking for a new full coverage foundation and hoped you guys might have some suggestions. I would prefer drugstore if possible, oil free and enough coverage to conceal redness.
I have used Revlon Age Defying in the past but I am not loving it as much as I used to. I haven't had a lot of luck with BB Creams either.
I have heard quite a bit of people like Kat Von D's tattoo foundation
I do, it's awesome for full coverage-- the best coverage I've ever had. Tarte Amazonian clay is good as well. ETA: I've tried revlon color stay and it's a poor comparison to the above two.
I'm going to second the Tarte Amazonian Clay suggestion. Not drugstore but Ulta carries it. But the first time is sort of an investment because imho, you need to get the brush too. But if you find your color, QVC often has the foundation with the brush for free.
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion." - Unknown
It's fantastic. I have more oily, acne prone skin and it lasts all day. I barely even have to use a blotting paper. It's very light weight too which was huge for me I hate heavy foundations. Yet this still is a full coverage.

Ps, This site helped me a ton in finding good drug store colors in foundation

I might add that I have tried a lot of the foundations recommended here and they did not work for me, either for coverage or for staying power. The difference is that I WORK OUTSIDE and my work is sweaty and very physical. I also have oily skin. So I'm thinking to myself, 'well, of course that is great makeup if you work in an air conditioned office all day'. In my experience, the longest lasting foundation is waterproof concealer. Add you can add waterproof concealer to almost any foundation to increase the coverage and wear time. But for over-the-counter wear and coverage I have not found a drugstore brand that meets the demands of heavy work outdoors in humid summer weather. The best I have found are Kat Von D and Dermablend. In general the best formulations are always the ones labeled "concealer", "waterproof" or "leg & body". If they are too heavy you can mix them with lighter formulations of makeup. One exception to the mixing rule would be MUFE Face & Body, which did not mix well with anything I tried. Good luck and happy shopping.

Can you rec your waterproof concealer? I agree with Kat Von D, but never tried dermablend. I think my dad's cousin used dermablend to cover her birthmark (really well) if I remember correctly.
I have worn Revlon Colorstay for years but recently converted to Covergirl ready set gorgeous after everyone on youtube raved about it. I hate every covergirl product i have ever tried but this foundation is awesome!

If you are using KVD or DermaB foundation you might not need anything else. To conceal blemishes I use a small dot of my regular foundation applied with a tiny brush (like a lip brush), sometimes in a shade lighter.
Lancome Effacernes, MUFE Full Cover concealer, and Tarte make good waterproof concealer. I don't think MUFE advertises it as waterproof. IT Cosmetics makes a waterproof concealer that I haven't tried and probably will not try.
Rimmel Match Perfection concealer stays on, mixes well with their Lasting Finish foundation, and is cheap. Rimmel and Dermablend are my favorite concealers, but because of products like KVD Lock-It and Dermablend Leg & Body, I get the coverage and wear I need without needing concealer (just a lip brush to dot on areas as needed).
