I have lots and lots of yarn. And thread. And silk thread. And sparklies, lots and lots of sparklies. And I'm a master at growing catnip.
Not that I'm doing something dog-like and begging to be on your list... I'm just showing off my toys so you know what is mine...mine...oh and this, it's mine.

We adopted Petey and Max in 2006, and Alice showed up in 2007, all pregnant and sad.
We had to shave Petey this summer because he pees on ALL THE THINGS. He looks like a wrinkly old man.
Petey, years ago. He always gets himself so cozy.
Smelling our bike chains while we were at work:
Max, my workout buddy. This is the cat who provoked a dog and cost us a $5000 vet bill a few years back. He's such an asshole.
And this is Alice. She was pregnant with 7 babies when we found her, cold and skinny. I always say she's ugly. I mean, look at the dark rims around her eyes, her eyes are two different colors, she's crosseyed, she looks like mud...she's just...she's not cute, guys. But she's weird, and we love her.
This is her with the 6 survivors. She had 2 orange tabby boys, 2 black boys, and 3 black girls. One orange boy didn't make it. They were born by c-section, because why wouldn't the cat that two broke 22-year-olds take in need $1000 surgery?
Simon (tuxedo), Jinx (black), and Miss Cleo (calico). Cleo is 10 years old now and getting more ornery by the day. We have all basically become her bitches, because it's easier to cater to her than change her.

Here's Tobias, also known as "yellow cat" to DD. He's the most laid back cat ever and is best buds with DD. He lets her hug him and carry him. Every night at her bedtime, he comes in to sit with us next to her glider.
I love cats so much. H is allergic so we can't get one. This makes me so, so sad.
I'm allergic to all animals, as well. I'm just not bright enough to stay away from the cute, fluffy little sneeze-makers.
I actually grew into my allergies to cats and even some dogs Didn't happen until my late 30's. I had my dear Sammy Jean then (she was a beautiful tabby with lime green eyes that I rescued). I just suffered through until she died. I love animals and I am so pissed that we can't have kitties..
I'm jealous of those of you with cats that can at least stand each other. The little one is less than half the weight of the big one but she's the terror and the other is the wimp. She used to just back fatty into a corner but since we moved she started attacking her. We keep them separated at all times.
Here's Chrissy. Right now she is curled on top of my chest but give her a few hours and she will be chasing around a cat toy. In 9 days it will be our 2 year anniversary with her, and I think that makes her 9 years old, maybe 10. I would have to look at her paperwork.
I made her a nest in the sunlight.
And this isn't current, but a good example of what she's doing.
This is Oreo. He's a stray who moves into out house for the months of November through March. He's a fickle little shit, because I try to make him a full time indoor kitty every year, but he sits at my front door and yowls his head off until I open the door. It's so bizarre. In the spring, summer, and early fall, he can't be coaxed inside for anything. Not toys, or treats, or even shrimp. The second it drops below 35 degrees,he pushes past me, through the door, and makes a beeline for my bed. He will not attempt to leave again until spring. Rinse and repeat, every year for the past three winters.
Also, I'm slightly creeped out by this cat because I'm a grown adult who should know better, but I swear Santa Claus brought him.

katietornado I'm so glad Max pulled through! I was so distraught about that whole situation. Which I guess sounds dramatic, but...I don't know, just seemed cruelly ironic that it would happen to you guys with all the good work you do for critters.
Anyway, here are my cat babies. They're litter mates and they both have extra toes, which means claw-trimming day is super-fun:

Have you heard of Jackson Galaxy? I follow him on Facebook and he has a line of products. One of them is supposed to help kitties who don't get along. He has testimonials so might be worth a shot?
This is Alice, or Princess Kitty Chainsaw. She thinks she's my girlfriend. She doesn't really like other women at all. She tolerates most men. She's finally warming up to the kid. She adopted me, I had a coworker whose SIL had a house full of kittens. I went to look at them and this one within a minute laid on my foot and started purring. I brought her home.
