On Saturday I went to my first WW meeting since finding out I was pregnant. It was so depressing to find out I have regained all but 8 pounds of what I lost before. Ugh! :?
If you did WW while BFing, did you use all of the extra 14 points allocated for BFing? L is 9 months old and doing well with solids but still BFing lots. I asked the leader and she just kept repeating the 14 points thing. I asked her if it would be different since he is on solids too but she didn't seem to know. He is probably nursing on average two times less per day than before he started solids. I was thinking about starting with an extra 10 points and seeing what happens. I really don't want to hurt my supply at all.

They had guidelines at one point on a worksheet. It said 14 extra per day for ebf and then 7 a day after solids are established. I would go with eating as much as you can while still losing.

When I did it while BFing (I actually EP'd but same difference), I ate every single last one of those extra points. Do it! You will still lose weight, I promise.

I did WW and counted points when DD2 was 1, but still nursing. It was a balancing act for me to find the sweet spot between the 14 pts for exclusive nursing and the 7 for supplementing.
Personally, I would try out the 14 and see how you do. If you seem to not lose or get stuck, then I'd cut back maybe 2 points at a time until you find what works for you. It will probably also change as he ages and nurses less.
Slower losses, although frustrating on the weight loss side, will be better for maintaining your supply.

I just do online and it added in extra points for me into my daily points. It doesn't seem like they are the extra weekly ones that you don't have to use. So yes, I definitely take advantage and use them.

Did it add in 14 points?
I've done some googling and it looks like 14 for EBF and 7 if supplementing with formula or solids.

Im not sure. I started when I was EBF and then adjusted it now that he is mostly eating. It definitely dropped my points when he started eating. I'm guessing it is about 7 points based on how many points I used to get before I was nursing.

I signed up for WW online, and this is what it said. In your situation it sounds like you'd add 7 points. If that doesn't work you can adjust.
