So, over the last week, DD and H were throwing up sick Tuesday night and Wednesday.
I was puking Friday night and part of Saturday.
H was sick again yesterday.
Was just told by daycare that DD has diarrhea today, H dropped her off a few hours ago to go do something for new job prep and was on his way back to get her.
KILL ME NOW. I don't have it in me to deal with round 2.
He did. Just waiting on drug test results (he just went in for that on Friday) and they figure he'll start Weds or Thurs, provided we all haven't keeled over from whatever hell is going through our house right now.
I should buy stock in Lysol right about now. Even the damn cats are sick. I had to bring one to the vet after work on Friday, all three had cat colds and one always gets some kind of infection in her eye when she gets sick. THE CATS, people. Even the cats are sick.
Dude, wipe down everything with bleach based cleaner. Remotes, phones, light switches, door knobs and do it through out the day. Treat bodily fluids like they are toxic.
Hang in there. This might not be round two, but rather their body's not quite healed yet, especially the diarrhea. Also, probiotic STAT to help heal the gut and get the good bacteria back in there.
Ooh, light switches. I got the phones, remotes, and door knobs but hadn't done the switches. Good call. Will definitely get some probiotics for all of us.
Grape juice? IDK. My boss just informed me that four out of the six people in his household have it, two of them for the second time. I was like, GTF out of my office.
If it's any consolation, DS1 vomited for about 12 hours, was fine for about 48 hours, THEN got hit with the diarrhea. The worst of it lasted two days with him, but he never vomited again. The rest of us stayed healthy. I don't know if the grape juice was the reason we stayed healthy, but we did drink it!
