No I hate those signs... I roll my eyes whenever I see one. It's not as though people will magically drive more safely around you because they see you have a "baby on board."
If you want one, get it. I purposely don't have bumper stickers on my car so nobody make the judgement about things I like, in case I accidently make a bad driving move.
I received it already as a gift at my shower. I would not have gone seeking to buy one fwiw. I think they are kinda silly, too but after the 4 year wait for this baby, I just was kinda happy to see that old 1987 relic confirming, yup, you're a mommy.
I'll probably tire of it and remove it in a month or so HA.
I'm not a fan of them, but to each their own. I do admit that I roll my eyes a little when I see them though...like, "Oh, I was totally planning to rear end you, but now that I see that you have a BABY, I'll stop in time!" I also totally extra-judge asshole drivers who recklessly change lanes and speed when they have those signs.
Tangent--We have a popular organization around here with the slogan "Be Kind" and tons of people put the Be Kind sticker on their bumpers. I totally extra-judge them too when they drive like assholes too.

I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said Baby on Board with an illustration of a baby surfing. It made me chuckle. Not necessarily relevant to this conversation, but I'm sharing anyway.
