I have Raynaud's and my feet literally go numb everyday. I would get wool socks, like SmartWool ones. If your feet are small enough you can probably get the boys version that cost less. I've had them for years and they're great.
Also, keep in mind that caffeine and stress affects circulation as well as cold weather. My key to keeping my extremities from going numb is keeping my core body temperature up by layering clothes, especially shirts.

These were my two recommendations. They are thin enough to wear in most shoes, are warm, and fit well. The Darn Tough socks are guaranteed for life. If they ever get a hole, you can send them back for replacement.
Another recommendation for SmartWool socks. My feet are always freezing and they seem to work the best. I have a hard time finding socks with a high enough wool percentage in the fabric blend.
