1. I like my quirky-ness and my smile 2. I would like to not be able to hold a grudge. If H and I get into a big argument, I will hold a grudge for a few hours. It is not good for our relationship or my stress/anxiety.

1. I'm super laid back. I can easily go with the flow and at least appear calm when I'm stressed, regardless of what's going on in my head!
2. I wish I were more assertive. I don't stand up for myself much and have the worst time finding positive things about myself. I think it stems from a combo of low self esteem, depression and anxiety. I've gotten better over the years, but I have lots of work to do in this area!

1. I don't cry over spilled milk. I always give myself a moment to process a problem/when something doesn't go my way, then almost immediately move on to solution focused. The first example I can think of was not getting into the college I wanted. I processed and had a new game plan in under an hour, without tears. 2. I'm a pretty terrible public speaker. I thrive 1/1 or in small groups, but if I'm literally in front of the group I get really nervous.
