I hate planning lunch, but I also hate spending money on it, lol. I think about it all the time and try to plan dinners that make good leftovers because I'm not big on sandwiches and like a hot meal for lunch. Plus then I don't have to think about it in the morning - I make up all the containers when we're putting away the leftovers.
I will also sometimes have other types of prepared lunches on hand for weeks I know we won't cook much. And at one point came up with a good idea - my favorite sandwich is brie, lettuce, tomato, mustard on a baguette and I figured out I could pre-make four of them (with tomatoes in a separate container) on Sunday to have during the week.
Do you bring lunch or buy lunch? I bring lunch generally every day. Once in a great while I'll go out.
Is your lunch left overs or something specially made? Or something like a lean cuisine? I typically make a salad - I precook chicken at the beginning of the week and divide it up for salad throughout the week. Sometimes I'll bring leftovers, depending what we had for dinner.
If you bring lunch, do you reheat and eat out of the Tupperware or do you transfer your lunch to a plate/bowl? Reheat and eat out the tupperware I brought it in.
Besides fish, is there anything that you won't bring for lunch? Um, not really. I try not to bring steamed broccoli because it stinks. But on the flip side, for breakfast every day at work I eat hard boiled eggs.

Do you bring lunch or buy lunch? I always bring lunch, but now I work somewhere where going out is way easier with a way better selection. So I might try to go out 2-3 times a month, maybe.
Is your lunch left overs or something specially made? Or something like a lean cuisine? Usually it's frozen stuff from Safeway or TJ's, sometimes a TJ salad, and whenever H makes something for dinner that is easy to transport as leftovers.
If you bring lunch, do you reheat and eat out of the Tupperware or do you transfer your lunch to a plate/bowl? If I have tupperware, I eat out of that.
Besides fish, is there anything that you won't bring for lunch? I try to avoid bringing things that make me gassy, ain't no one in the office got time for that.
It's a mixed bag for me. Lately I've been eating a lot at the work cafeteria and restaurant. I will mix that in with a Jimmy John's delivery on occasion. I need to get better about bringing my lunch in though to curb spending. If I bring lunch I try to bring leftovers or a frozen meal. The Lean Cuisine mushroom mezzaluna is good, as is the safeway brand (healthy brand in a blue box, I can't remember what it's called) chicken tamale.
Do you bring lunch or buy lunch? I try to bring my lunch as its a little more economical but I don't always due to needing to shop/forgetting/or needing just to get the hell out of dodge for a little bit. I think I eat out about 30-40% of the time. I only take a half hour lunch usually. If I eat out, its Arby's, Taco del Mar, Jimmy John's, or Vietnamese.
Is your lunch left overs or something specially made? Or something like a lean cuisine? Huge majority of the time, its Lean Cuisine and I keep the Costco sized romaine hearts package at work to wash up for a big side bowl of lettuce with just a touch of dressing.
If you bring lunch, do you reheat and eat out of the Tupperware or do you transfer your lunch to a plate/bowl? I eat it out of the packaging unless for some specific reason it can't be. Our office only has a tiny tiny sink that barely gets warm so anything more than rinsing just doesn't work - its really really hard to get clean so that means everything is paper plates (unless you bring your own) and I avoid the extra waste.
Besides fish, is there anything that you won't bring for lunch? Not especially but I avoid things like pesto that leave a lingering after taste for HOURS.

Do you bring lunch or buy lunch? I mostly bring my lunch. Once in awhile I'll run out to get some soup because this grocery store nearby has amazing soup.
Is your lunch left overs or something specially made? Or something like a lean cuisine? A mix of leftovers or something specially made - wraps, salads, quinoa salads, etc.. I'm not a fad of pre-made frozen meals.
If you bring lunch, do you reheat and eat out of the Tupperware or do you transfer your lunch to a plate/bowl? I often eat it without reheating it. If I do reheat it I put it on a plate/bowl. I won't microwave anything plastic.
Besides fish, is there anything that you won't bring for lunch? Not really. I'll sometimes even have fish (make salmon salad or something) but then I don't heat it.
Do you bring lunch or buy lunch? I bring it. I'll maybe eat out 2-3 month.
Is your lunch left overs or something specially made? Or something like a lean cuisine? Usually left overs, or a salad from Trader Joes or Safeway. I really don't care for frozen dinners.
If you bring lunch, do you reheat and eat out of the Tupperware or do you transfer your lunch to a plate/bowl? Reheat in the Tupperware
Besides fish, is there anything that you won't bring for lunch? Not really.
I just eat whatever I feel like making or depending on what we have in the house. But for H I make his lunch everyday. I include a sandwich for lunch and I make homemade breakfast sandwiches for his breakfast. I try to include enough so he has a snack on each of his breaks as well. I usually try to stay away from things that need to be reheated since they have one microwave and most of the other guys will bring heat up things so by the time he gets to it he only has a few minutes to shovel down his food. I also try to include all utensils and whatever is needed to eat what I send him so trying to find a plate or anything like that at work is not necessary.
I should say I do all this to save the money. Before we bought our house he would eat out every single day so I am willing to push through and put it all together if it means saving about $10 a day because he is too lazy lol
I buy lunch pretty much every day (though I did bring leftovers today). If I pack, it's always dinner from one night that week. I took sandwiches for lunch every single day 1st-12th grade so I'm over sandwiches for lunch.
I also find salads not filling, regardless of what I put on them.

this is my problem too, well both of these, lol. I just can't with most sandwiches (unless it's gourmet with 12 things on it) and I feel like I need something hot to feel full.
I'm probably about 50/50 with bringing/buying. If I bring it's usually leftovers or mason jar salads. Sometimes just a protein shake. No frozen entrees here.
I bring lunch about 80% of the time and it's always left overs.
I'm usually too lazy to get up after I've had lunch to bring the plate back to the kitchen so I usually just eat it out of the Tupperware.
I think fish is the only thing I won't bring for lunch. Well, no, I take that back. I'd bring cold salmon for a salad, but that's far as my fish lunches go.
I bring lunch to work 90% of the time I usually pick up a salad at my moms when I drop off the dogs so it's kind of cheating because she's making lunch for me. I love my mommy!
I try to bring my lunch. For the most part I'd say I'm about 80-90%. Sometimes it's leftovers. Sometimes it's a frozen meal. With the diabetes I have to watch my carb intake so really the only frozen meals that fit that are the atkins version. I'll bring salads with protein (tuna, chicken).
I try to bring lunch. Sometimes left-overs, usually something a make a big batch of on the weekends and pack in individual portions. I just heat it up in Tupperware. I sometimes bring frozen lunches, but not lately.
I go out to eat a couple times a week and/or grab something when I forgot or didn't have time to bring a lunch, or when I'm stuck in court during lunch.
No fish, usually not salads b/c they get soggy, and avoid soups b/c it's hard to transport.
