I'm maintaining and will probably gain a bit. I'm giving myself a cheat day since it's the day for my dad's surgery, had a potluck at playgroup and will have geeky gamer night tonight.
I've been finding that using recipes that are paleo are quite good. They give me the no or low carb I'm aiming for.
I'm pretty happy all things considered. Weight wise I haven't lost all I want to, but I know my sugars are in a much better range. I felt low the other day and it was the first time in a little while that my low was actually low and not in just an okay range. Not the ideal way to measure, but a good sign.

I'm hanging in there. Had a close call with my calories yesterday but was able to reign it in and finish with 70 cals left.
A quick meal that I have for lunch is: Tyson Diced n Ready chicken (3 oz) I container microwave minute rice 3 tbsp salsa 24 Tostitos mini rounds chips 455 cals
Not in need of support but I am getting frustrated that the scale isn't really moving. I could tweak some things but I'm mindful of my supply. And I like food
Things are going pretty good. I'm staying motivated and really just trying to focus on way day at a time. This morning I was officially in a new decade! I took pictures of myself the day we started and some this morning I can really see a change already. I still have a ways to go, but this is so encouraging.
I'm thinking I'll probably maintain or lose very little this week. I just have felt kind of blah. I feel better today and plan on upping my water intake the next couple of days. I'll also probably do salads for lunch and/or dinner. I haven't had a good chefs salad in a long time!
You guys, my friends are killing me. We had to miss a birthday party over the weekend, and the host left three giant pieces of cake on our doorstep. We made dinner for our neighbors, and when they returned our glassware it was filled with dark chocolate macaroons. I'm so lucky to have this problem, but STOP BRINGING US GOODIES. Aaaaaah. I ate one piece of cake and threw the rest away, and I had a small bite of the macaroons and DH took the rest. So I did ok, but I don't need ANY cake! I don't even like cake that much!
Rant over. Aside from that I've been doing ok - not getting in quite as much exercise as I'd like, but I'm doing a little something every day. I'm thinking I'll see a small loss this week, fingers crossed.

This week has been a challenge. I'm not really sure why. I've exercised every day, but I've used almost all of my bonus points. I've just felt really hungry. I'm trying to drink half my body weight in oz of water everyday between now and weigh in. Hopefully that will help!

Not sure how this week will go. I gained something like 6lbs when I was home last week which doesn't even seem possible. So far I have lost 3 of those. If this week I am where I was two weeks ago I'll be happy!
Snowdays and weekends are killer, I don't know why I can't maintain healthy eating on days I am home. I also need to stop having a snack at night after dinner! That will be my goal leading into this next week, no more food after dinner. I think it is habit more than hunger.

I'm doing pretty well at staying under my calories. I really need to get some exercise in and I really want to start the elliptical. That would be the easiest way for me right now but DH won't bring it in from the garage so I guess I just continue to sit around on my fat ass.
Also, i haven't been pooping. I really need to go right when I get home from work but the kids are outside and I can't leave them out there alone and it's apparently child abuse to bring them inside so...

I am doing pretty good. I've been staying at my points goal, without using any extra and very little of the exercise-earned points. Right now I'm only down .8 from last Friday, but that's better than nothing. I'm going out to eat with a friend tonight, but I've planned ahead on what I'll be eating so that I can be confident that I'm making good food choices.
I'm still sticking to the eating plan, but the mindless snacking has snuck in a little bit, so need to ratchet that back in.
I did get to the gym yesterday for a full workout. I lifted and ellipticalled . I'm so sore! My hips woke me up last night, but it's better since I've started moving. I go again tomorrow :-)

I am right there with you with the snack after dinner. I think I might try a cup of tea instead.

So, I've been thinking for a while about finding a protein powder for smoothies. Milk or greek yogurt isn't enough to keep me full but when I add peanut butter, it keeps me full. So I think the protein will help.

I am staying under my calories great this week (thanks influenza), but the exercise isn't happening. Just doing drop off and pick up at school for B totally wears me out.
So, I've been thinking for a while about finding a protein powder for smoothies. Milk or greek yogurt isn't enough to keep me full but when I add peanut butter, it keeps me full. So I think the protein will help.
Does anyone have recommendations?
I know nothing about protein powders, but I eat a tbsp. of peanut butter in the afternoons and I can make it to dinner. If I were to eat fruit or chips, anything else, I would be starving. I wonder if it's the protein or just that peanut butter is filling (for me). I don't think I would be as satisfied with a piece of grilled chicken.
I eat peanut butter too. It really helps keep me full and curbs cravings.
