David woke up in the middle of the night two nights in a row coughing and crying and saying he has to cough out the bees.
Um, okay, sweetie. I just don't know what to say to that, lol.
Kids are so weird.
DS2 thinks that when someone has a 'bug', they literally have bugs in them. So, when his stomach hurts, he talks about bumble bees in there. He's got a cough now and said that he has a bumble bee in his throat. Perfect sense, right? 3 year olds are particularly weird
OMG, really? This happened last week (he's 6) and I even asked him the next day what was wrong that night and he again said that he had to cough out the bees. This was mixed with a bad dream, I think (and he's been coughing a lot lately). The only think I could link it to was the Zarbee's kid's honey we give him when he has a cough- it has a big bee on the outside. But he hasn't had any for a long time.
That's so weird that your son said something similar. Kids ARE weird!
When my daughter was about 4, I found her in my office going through my mail and papers that were laying around on my desk. When i asked her what she was doing, she turned to me and in the iciest little voice said "I'm looking for proof you are who you say you are" and then she turned around without another word and kept looking through the papers. My blood ran cold.
I don't think the colors are creepy. I can see colors radiating off people sometimes and it does match up with their moods.
Right now, it's that the colors are coming off onto her and it's bothering her. Like, today H left for a trip and she was agitated that he was yellow and he hugged us and now we are too. ....?
